Stephen

An observation from Omaha and the world of management, marketing and education. In the last couple of days I have had a conversation or two with a soon to be business graduate from one of our local universities. The young man was required to take two lower level marketing classes. At this point he doesn't have enough knowledge to be able to have a real world conversation with a marketing person, advertising rep or Ad agency.

Another friend has been in business for over thirty years. His sales manager has been with him almost since day one. His business is going down hill fast and he has changed his marketing head every year for the last three and his latest is young and experiencing his first job. You think he and his sales manager just may not be communicating with the marketing directors?
