Hedstrom Fitness is thrilled to announce the launch of their newest product in the Hydro-Inertia(R) Training line, the Surge(R) Storm.
Hedstrom Fitness has brought Hydro-Inertia(R) training to the forefront with the Surge(R) and Kamagon Ball(R) over the last three years, and is acting on market feedback and industry needs with the development of the Surge(R) Storm.
"We've learned a lot and received great feedback from pros and consumers alike regarding the products, and we felt the time was right to redesign the Surge to make it a bit more user-friendly, and launch the next generation," said Nate Logan, Director of Business Development for Hedstrom Fitness.
The sleek new design provides greater accessibility and comfort while allowing for multiple new exercises and uses. The Surge(R) Storm is 42-inches in length and can hold up to 65 lbs. of water. Two soft grip handles, one long centered handle and end cap grips allow for a wide range of motion.
"What makes this product unique is the sleek design with multiple grips for endless exercise options, plus Hydro-Inertia technology," said Candice Brooks, Hedstrom Fitness Programming & Master Trainer Team Director. Hydro-Inertia(R) is the utilization of water to create an unstable resistance that increases core strength and stability during exercise.
"The Surge Storm is an essential tool for integrated functional training, strength training and core training, and can be used by everyone from elite athletes to beginner fitness enthusiasts," says Brooks. "Utilizing water for both resistance and stabilization challenges means the Surge Storm is adaptable to anyone's fitness level."
